Dear Honorable Joseph Keffi,

We are particularly touched by your gracious decision to attend despite not being in perfect health. Your willingness to be with us, even at personal cost, uplifted the spirit of the occasion and added immeasurable value to our celebration of the outstanding leadership Benue 001 Hon. Terver Gbenda.
Beyond your presence, we were especially inspired by your enlightening address delivered on behalf of all 23 Local Government Areas Chairmen of Benue State. Your remarks highlighted the admirable qualities of the Alia-led administration and drew attention to the verifiable strides in infrastructure, governance, and grassroots development being made under his leadership. It was a moment of clarity and affirmation for many in attendance, and it greatly enhanced the purpose and impact of the event.
Your presence was not only a source of great encouragement but also a powerful demonstration of your unwavering support for the creative community in Benue. We deeply appreciate the humility, compassion, and resilience you embody in your leadership.
