Anyone Criticising Senne Lammens Right Now Clearly Hasn’t Been Paying Attention To How Much Better This Team Has Looked Since He Came in.

People keep shouting about “one clean sheet in nine”, but when you actually look at the numbers, the difference is night and day.

Test, before he came in, United played six league games and managed just two wins, one draw, three losses and not a single clean sheet.

Since Lammens took over, we’ve played nine league games, picking up five wins, three draws, only one defeat.

And even though it’s just one clean sheet, he has zero errors leading to a goal, something we couldn’t say for our keepers before him.

He’s brought calmness back into the defence and the point that you don't have to worry about the man between the sticks.

No risky touches, no unnecessary passes, no self-inflicted chaos, Just a keeper who reads the game quickly, keeps things simple, and gives the entire back line a sense of security.

Right now he’s giving us a steady 7–8/10 every week, and if he keeps this level up, not only are we looking at our long-term No.1... even AndrĂ© Onana will be fighting for his spot the moment he returns from loan.
