The vibrant and diverse entertainment community of Benue State is gearing up for a grand rally in support of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia. This groundbreaking event will bring together entertainers from across the 23 Local Government Areas of the state under the initiative titled “Benue Entertainers for President Tinubu and Governor Alia.”
This unprecedented show of solidarity is powered by the Chairman of the Benue State chapter of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON), Hon. Orwough Maurice, a visionary leader committed to youth development and cultural advancement. The event is coordinated by Hon. Shimael Peter Akimbo, the Technical Assistant on Entertainment, Office of ALGON.
Purpose & Vision
The event aims to:
Celebrate and endorse the progressive leadership of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia.
Mobilize the entertainment industry in Benue for greater civic participation and visibility.
Create a united platform for showcasing local talent, fostering unity, and amplifying developmental narratives through art.
Participants & Registration
The Benue Entertainers group includes actors, musicians, comedians, models, beauty queens, dancers, and other creatives. The initiative is set to launch an initial group of 20 representatives from each local government area, making it a truly inclusive and representative movement.
Interested entertainers are encouraged to register early to be part of this historic event. Registration is currently ongoing via WhatsApp.
